Luis Alemany is the Senior Attorney and Founder of The Alemany Law Firm LLC. With over two decades of immigration experience, he guides clients through their options in plain, straightforward terms. He represents clients in all types of immigration matters. He also practices criminal defense, offering guidance when both systems overlap. 

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. His background allows him to connect with clients on a personal level and understand the experiences many face. 

For fun, he’s an avid Atlanta United supporter and enjoys attending games with his family and friends.

Athzay Flores is an Associate Attorney with Alemany Law Firm, where she helps clients with removal defense, family immigration, and humanitarian immigration matters. As a Mexican American, she’s able to connect with clients in a real and authentic way. 

Athzay is driven by her dedication to serving immigrant communities and providing clear, compassionate representation. During law school, she served as a student attorney in the GSU Immigration Clinic, participated in several asylum clinics, and interned with Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN). Her experience shows how committed she is to this work. 

For fun, she enjoys spending time with friends, movie nights, and trying new restaurants.

Olga Guzman is the backbone of the firm and managing paralegal, bringing decades of immigration experience to the term. As a wife and mother of two, she approaches her work with care and attention to detail, supporting clients through every step of their case.

Originally from Mexico City, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and communicates with clients in the language they feel most comfortable speaking.

For fun, she loves cheering on Atlanta United, the Falcons, and the Ravens.

Kristian Vivaldo is a dedicated paralegal who brings strong organization, reliability, and compassion to every case he supports. He has become an integral part of the team, assisting clients with patience and professionalism throughout their immigration journey.

A Mexican American and bilingual in English and Spanish, Kristian communicates with clients in the language they feel most comfortable.

For fun, Kristian enjoys working out and following soccer, especially when cheering on Atlanta United.

Gissel is our lovely receptionist who welcomes every client and helps them feel comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. She assists with scheduling, communication, and providing clients with timely updates.
